In 2020 pbm was selected to take over the management of this development of high tech apartments constructed by Jaysam.

The client was seeking a proactive and experienced managing agent who would form a close working relationship with them to ensure a smooth transition into management of the building and associated landscaped areas.

What improvements have made pbm since they took over the management?

pbm’s initial management priority was to ensure a full and thorough management handover took place.  The pbm estate management team worked closely with the client to ensure this happened, providing advice along the way and overcoming any challenges.

In addition, pbm has worked with the housing association on site to remove a couple problematic tenants from their apartments who were ruining the quiet enjoyment of the estate for other residents.

Resident and Community Engagement

Resident engagement formed an important part of the management handover process to pbm.  It was important to the client and pbm that residents were fully engaged with and notified of important information during and following the management handover process.

pbm has established a fantastic relationship with residents through proving strong communications and transparency to build trust.
