compliance and best practice

a good property manager needs to know what’s what with compliance

It’s our job to stay on top of the latest regulations and best practice in our field.  We do that, so you don’t have to.

We offer advice to Resident Management Companies, freeholders and leaseholders about their rights and responsibilities, and ensure we are fully compliant when carrying out any type of facilities maintenance or major works.

Compliance is a good friend. We embrace it fully.

our people

All of our people have good knowledge of the regulations affecting how we work. In fact 87% of the team at pbm are affiliates of the Institute of Residential Property Managers (IRPM), with 40% of us qualified at Associate or Member Level. We are also regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

What does this mean for you? Simply, you can rely on us to know our stuff and to dot the i’s and cross the t’s on everything we do. We attend regular training to keep up to speed on what matters.
