What were the main priorities when pbm started to manage this building?

pbm’s main priorities upon management of the building and wider estate was to work closely with the developer to ensure a comprehensive handover of facilities to be managed and clear understanding of the maintenance requirements of those facilities. pbm have ensured the maintenance of all communal facilities have been accounted for within the service charge budgets and the relevant maintenance contracts have been carefully tendered for, selected and commenced.  pbm are always happy to provide management expertise to assist the developer client through the handover process and to advise in relation to management standards and needs.

Resident and Community Engagement

Resident engagement formed an important part of the management handover process to pbm.  It was important to the client and pbm that residents were fully engaged with and notified of important information during and following the management handover process.

pbm has established a strong relationship with residents through providing strong communications and transparency through information sharing building trust between all parties.
