The Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) is the recognised professional body for the property management sector. It provides nationally accredited qualifications, guidance on career pathways and resources to assist property factors within their roles.

IRPM is dedicated to supporting, building, and setting the standards of the profession. The IRPM Board of Directors only awards fellow (FIRPM) status to Members with ten or more years’ current, relevant experience in residential property factoring but importantly who can specifically demonstrate that they have made a significant, exceptional contribution to the development of the sector over and above that made to their own business or employer.
