PBM Property Management’s Alex Wilson, has won a Property Management 50 award for property manager of the year.
The awards, associated with Flat Living magazine, were presented on Thursday 11th July at Jury’s Inn Croydon during Flat Living the roadshow. They recognise outstanding contributions from all levels within the residential property management industry and in particular people who have made a significant impact to their clients, company or industry in the last 12 months.
Judging the awards, were five legends in their own right, who are well respected and known in the industry for their outstanding contribution to raising standards in their respective areas. Property managers are the solid foundation of our industry and often unrecognised individuals working hard to achieve high quality service and customer satisfaction. Recipients of the award, nominated by colleagues and residents, needed to demonstrate strong industry engagement, excellent customer service and positive client relationships.

I love what I do and take great pride in making sure the residents I manage have their issues resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible with the least amount of disruption. Knowing I have been nominated by not only my boss but my customers too makes me feel incredibly proud of the work I do.”
