pbm has been entrusted with managing the first phase of this remarkable project, comprising 1,138 homes, 7 commercial spaces, and an array of amenities designed to enhance residents’ lifestyles. Our dedicated Mobilisation team hit the ground running, preparing for the active management phase. Our appointment follows a rigorous tendering process, where we demonstrated our immense enthusiasm for this project, expertise, and alignment with Knight Dragon’s core values and forward-thinking vision.
