In conjunction with News on the Block, the annual property management awards who are members of The Independent Awards Standards Council and carry with them the Gold Awards Trust Mark, celebrate exceptional achievements and excellence by the UK’s leading managing agents and suppliers. This year News on the Block will be incorporating two spectacular events – The Property Management Awards (PMAs) and The Enfranchisement & Right to Manage Awards (ERMAs) –

The judging panel is made up of senior property professionals with a breadth of industry experience. Judges were divided into three groups (covering a subsection of the categories) and initially scored all entries independently via an online portal. Each group of judges then met to review and discuss their categories’ results and agree on the final shortlist.
